Once again i have arrived back in the Uk exhausted,angry and stressed out with Thomas Cook.
I travelled to the airport at 1,30am arrived at Antalya airport at 3am for my 5am flight. 4am told that the flight was delayed until 10am. Given a free burger and a drink. 11 am we boarded and were told we would not be returning to the UK as the airplane staff were so tired because they had been on board so long because of problems. We were going to Munich to get new staff. Arrived at Munich airport and a passenger had a heart attack, We were there 3 hours on the plane before taking off for the UK. Arrived home at 6.30pm. That is 17 hours and from the time we took off from Antalya apart from apologies from the pilot all we got was a drink. When i asked the stewadrs why we were not offered any other refreshments he said "you have already had your free one, there is no more"
I had no money left and refused to use my card to buy alcohol, I thought at least they could give passengers in my position some water. One woman near me had not eaten in 14 hourse. Dont you think that it is a terrible way to treat your customers who at no fault of their own spent 17 hours on what should have been a 4 1/2 hour journey??

This is not even the first time it has happened..........if there was any other company with the deals that Thompsonfly do i would not hesitate to use them instead.
